Common Issues

Jewel is not responding

Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, try starting a new conversation with "Hi".

I want to change the language

Simply type "change language" or start typing in your preferred language. Jewel will automatically detect and switch.

I disagree with my triage result

If you feel your symptoms are more serious than indicated, please seek medical attention. Our triage is guidance, not diagnosis.
