Getting Started

Step 1: Save Our Number

Add +234 707 937 6163 to your contacts as "HealthGrid Jewel".

Step 2: Start a Conversation

Open WhatsApp and send a message saying "Hi" or "Hello" to start.

Step 3: Describe Your Symptoms

Tell Jewel what you are experiencing. Be as detailed as possible for the best assessment.

Step 4: Answer Follow-up Questions

Jewel may ask additional questions to better understand your situation.

Step 5: Receive Your Recommendation

Get your triage level and recommended next steps.

Understanding Triage Levels

  • πŸ”΄ Emergency: Seek immediate medical attention. Call 199 or go to nearest hospital.
  • 🟠 Urgent: See a doctor within 24 hours.
  • 🟑 Semi-Urgent: Schedule an appointment within 2-3 days.
  • 🟒 Routine: Self-care may be appropriate, or schedule a routine appointment.
